Job Description
Overview General construction laborers, machine operators or skilled tradesman needed for our Jobsite in Denver, NC . 3-4 positions available. Preferred to have ductile iron pipe, construction and concrete experience but not mandatory. Pay base on experience. Duties Prepare and maintain construction areas; move materials and assist with site setup and cleanup. Support concrete work, including mixing, forming, rebar installation, pouring, pumping, cutting, and finishing. Assist with formwork, masonry, metal stud framing, carpentry, trim carpentry, plastering, stucco, caulking, and hardscape installation. Read blueprints and construction plans, interpret specifications and technical drawings, and help with construction estimating as assigned. Use tools and equipment safely, including concrete mixers, and follow construction workplace safety regulations. Skills Construction experience or experience working on construction projects; construction site experience is helpful. Ability to use hand and power tools and apply mechanical knowledge to practical tasks. Familiarity with blueprint reading, blueprint specification interpretation, and interpreting technical drawings. Knowledge of concrete forming, formwork construction, rebar installation, concrete pouring, concrete cutting, concrete finishing, or concrete pumping is useful. Safety protocol adherence, teamwork, and readiness for physical work, including heavy lifting.
