In this hands-on role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our crews have what they need to succeed and our yard stays organized. From loading trucks and organizing fence panels to maintaining inventory, your hard work directly impacts our ability to deliver top-tier fencing to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the tangible results of their labor.

Duties Material Handling:

Load and unload delivery trucks and installation trailers with wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental iron fencing materials.

Yard Organization:

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and warehouse; ensure all materials are stored in their proper locations.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate forklifts and skid steers to move heavy pallets and bundles of fencing.

Order Fulfillment:

Pull and stage materials for daily installation jobs, ensuring crews have accurate counts and the right hardware.

Tool & Fleet Maintenance:

Conduct routine inspections of hand tools and power equipment; assist with basic upkeep of company vehicles and trailers.

Assembly Support:

Assist with pre-assembling gates or custom fence sections using power tools and shop equipment.

Safety Compliance:

Strictly follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for yourself and your teammates.

Qualifications Driver's License:

A valid Driver's License is strictly required for this position to assist with moving company vehicles and occasional material runs.

Reliability:

A show up and get it done attitude is our #1 requirement.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects (up to 80 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.

Experience:

Prior experience in construction or a warehouse yard is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Equipment Skills:

Experience operating forklifts or heavy machinery is a major plus; familiarity with circular saws, drills, and pneumatic nailers is highly desirable. Attention to

Ability to read cut sheets and material lists to ensure crews are sent out with the correct inventory.
