This person must have at least 5 years experience in commercial and residential wallpaper installation, their own transportation, the ability to get on military bases, their own tools, be able to work flexible hours and travel out of town if the job requires. Mac Brothers Painting,LLC has been in business over 17 years and prides itself in providing quality work. Therefore, the candidate that is considered for this position, must do the same and provide a warranty for all of their work. Please submit your resume and verifiable references. Duties Measure walls accurately and prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of wallpaper or wall coverings Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and installation instructions to execute projects precisely Prepare walls by cleaning, patching, sanding, and applying primers or sealants as needed Install wallpaper using hand tools and power tools, ensuring seamless alignment and smooth finishes Use caulking, trim carpentry, and plastering techniques to achieve clean edges and professional-looking results Operate heavy equipment or scaffolding safely when working on large or elevated surfaces Conduct quality inspections throughout the installation process to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards Experience Proven experience in wallpaper installation or related construction finishing roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects Familiarity with construction management practices, construction estimating, and site safety protocols Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings relevant to interior finishing projects Hands-on experience with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment used in wall covering applications Knowledge of construction materials such as stucco, masonry, concrete forming, flooring installation, tile laying, and fixture installation is highly desirable Background in construction site experience including drywall finishing, painting, restoration work, and remodeling projects Ability to operate heavy machinery safely when required for large-scale or complex installations Join us if you're eager to bring your craftsmanship skills into a vibrant environment where every project makes a lasting impact!
