Job Description
Full‑time Entry‑Level Growth Opportunity Encore RRC is seeking a dependable and motivated General Laborer to join our mitigation and restoration team. This role supports water, fire, mold, and storm‑related projects and plays a key part in delivering high‑quality service to our customers and partners. Responsibilities Assist with water extraction and setup of drying equipment Perform demolition of damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.) Support fire, smoke, and mold cleanup tasks Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Load/unload equipment and assist technicians as needed Follow direction from Crew Leads and adhere to safety standards Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in PPE Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions Prior construction, demolition, or restoration experience is a plus Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Why Work With Encore RRC Hands‑on training and advancement opportunities Supportive, team‑focused environment Meaningful work helping homeowners recover after property damage Opportunity to grow within a fast‑paced restoration company
