Job Description
Overview - New company, rapid growth. Opportunities to move up. We are seeking a fast, high-quality Laborer to join our team. This role requires basic construction/restoration familiarity and someone who is not afraid of dirty jobs cleaning up mold, water damage, sewage damage, fire damage, smoke damage or getting into crawlspaces. If you want to move up, you need to be a good communicator! Responsibilities Follow the instructions for jobsite supervisor/senior tech Use hammer and pry bar to remove flooring Use dremel to cut drywall Various types of cleaning (sweeping, wiping, vacuuming) Carrying equipment up to 100lbs Moving heavy furniture in small teams Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks. Responding to emergencies at any time of day Be sympathetic to clients in stressful situations Qualifications/Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a good driving history Fast worker, good attitude Fluent in English Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
