This full-time position works closely with project managers and fellow team members to complete a variety of residential construction, repair, and remodeling projects. We are looking for individuals with hands-on experience in residential construction and a strong work ethic who take pride in quality craftsmanship and customer service. Preferred Experience Ideal candidates will have experience in: Framing and general carpentry Trim carpentry and finish work Interior/exterior painting Appliance installation General residential construction and repairs Basic plumbing, HVAC, and electrical knowledge (preferred but not required) Job Responsibilities Construction Technicians should be comfortable with: Working directly with homeowners inside occupied homes Operating safely on ladders and roofs Lifting and moving furniture, equipment, materials, and supplies Towing and backing work trailers Completing job documentation and basic computer/record-keeping tasks Collaborating with project managers and team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally What We Provide Company transportation Power tools and equipment Consistent full-time work Overtime opportunities Career advancement opportunities, including potential promotion to Project Manager Requirements Applicants must: Pass a drug test and background check Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Be available Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Participate in a rotating after-hours emergency service schedule Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset Compensation Pay is based on experience and skill level.
