Pay Rate:
$19.75 / hour ($19/hr plus $0.75 shift differential for 2nd shift)

•11:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays) The Role PrideStaff is seeking a dependable 2nd Shift General Laborer for a metal finishing company in Harrisburg, NC. This physical role requires working across various environments, handling heavy materials, and working outdoors in all weather conditions to assist with copper and steel processing. What You Will Do Assist production teams with organizing, moving, and staging metal products throughout the facility. Prepare, secure, and package finished products for outbound shipment. Handle heavy physical labor, including lifting large amounts of steel and raw materials daily. Work in various production zones specializing in copper and steel finishing. Perform tasks outdoors and adapt to working in all weather conditions and outdoor climates. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to facility safety guidelines. What You Will Bring High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of previous general labor experience, prefer outdoor construction, lumber yards, building materials, or similar industries is strongly preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively and comfortably move heavy materials. Comfortability working outdoors in all climate conditions and fluctuating outdoor weather.
