Open Positions Tractor & Mower Operator Civil Construction Laborer Civil Construction Apprentice Civil Construction Journey-worker Heavy Equipment Operator Truck Driver (CDL and non-CDL) What You'll Be Doing Working on commercial solar farms Operating equipment (training provided) Assisting with civil construction and site vegetation maintenance Traveling to job sites and working as part of a tight-knit crew What We're Looking For Willingness to learn and work hard outdoors Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay organized, problem-solve, and manage daily tasks Valid driver's license Comfortable operating equipment Willing to travel and work out of town during the week (Most weekends home — travel expenses paid) Experience Is a Plus — Not a Requirement Experience with zero turn mowers, skid steers, mini excavators, tractors , or background in construction, landscaping, or solar is helpful but not required . We provide training for the right people.
