Job Description

Job Overview We are a rapidly growing construction business seeking a motivated and dependable Subcontractor crew of at least 3 to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of various construction projects, assisting with site preparation, material handling, and skilled trade tasks. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will contribute to the successful completion of projects on time and to high standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades while working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, and concrete finishing Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements and assist with measurements and layout tasks Support skilled tradespeople with tasks including framing, drywall installation, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, flooring installation, tile laying, and glass or cabinet installation Perform demolition work or removal of old materials as needed for remodeling or restoration projects Help with site cleanup, material handling, and ensuring all tools and equipment are maintained in good condition Follow safety protocols diligently while working with scaffolding, scaffolds, scaffolding components, or operating heavy machinery Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related manual labor roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic above all Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam is a plus Knowledge of construction estimating, inspection procedures, or plumbing and electrical systems is advantageous Hands-on experience with blueprint reading and understanding schematics enhances your ability to contribute effectively Demonstrated ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely in various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or restoration projects Experience working with concrete forming, plastering, welding, or heavy equipment operation is beneficial but not mandatory Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to building excellence!
