We provide trusted basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, foundation repair, and concrete leveling solutions throughout Greater Greensboro and surrounding North Carolina communities. As an authorized Basement Systems dealer and Better Business Bureau member, we are known for proven products, professional service, and creating healthier home environments. What You'll Do Install basement drainage systems, sump pumps, and dehumidifiers Encapsulate and repair crawl spaces using vapor barriers, insulation, support posts, and access doors Assist with foundation pier and structural support installations Repair and level sinking or uneven concrete using PolyLevel® and NexusPro® Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Perform physically demanding work in basements, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments Who We're Seeking Construction, general labor, waterproofing, concrete, roofing, landscaping, masonry, or home-improvement experience is helpful Comfortable working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions Able to lift construction materials and remain active throughout the workday Dependable, coachable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn Strong work ethic and attention to quality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Why Join Carolina Basement Systems?
