In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, be able to work in a team environment, and have a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges on the job site. Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks such as concrete pouring, stormwater management, paving and general construction tasks. Load and unload materials and tools from trucks and job sites Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents on the job site Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision Perform physical tasks that may include lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods Experience Previous experience as a concrete finisher or labor-intensive roles is preferred. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work Join our family owned, veteran owned team in building a better future while gaining valuable experience in the construction industry!
