Field-Based (Project Sites) Position Summary The Pool Construction Crew Member supports the installation, construction, and finishing of residential and/or commercial swimming pools. This role is responsible for executing field tasks safely, efficiently, and according to plans and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Site Preparation & Layout Assist with site layout and excavation prep Measure and verify dimensions per plans Prepare base and formwork as directed Equipment & Material Handling Load/unload materials and tools Maintain organization of equipment Ensure materials are protected and staged properly Job Site Standards Maintain clean and organized work areas Support elevated client experience on-site Respect client property Communicate professionally with homeowners when required Daily Performance Expectations Arrive on time, ready to work Follow direction from Crew Lead Stay productive throughout the shift Complete assigned tasks before leaving the site Report problems early not at the end of the day Required Skills & Qualifications Construction or outdoor labor experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Basic understanding of hand and power tools Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a team environment Physical Requirements Lift up to 5075 lbs Stand, kneel, bend, and work on uneven terrain Work in heat, cold, and varying weather Operate basic construction equipment Experience and License Requirements General Construction (optional)
