Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to support our underground utility crews installing water, sewer, and storm drain systems. This position plays a critical role in assisting operators and pipe layers to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on, outdoor position ideal for individuals who are motivated, reliable, and eager to grow in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities Assist with installation of underground water, sewer, and storm drain systems Help with trench preparation, bedding, backfilling, and compaction Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Assist pipe layers and equipment operators as directed Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and grading Use hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively Qualifications Previous construction experience preferred but not required Experience in underground utilities is a plus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to take direction and work as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in trenches Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
