Eco Express is hiring Construction Workers to support erosion control and environmental projects. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training, steady hours, and a clear path to grow into leadership roles. If you're reliable, hard-working, and ready to learn—we'll teach you the rest. What You'll Do Field Work (Daily Hands-On Tasks): Install silt fence, erosion control blankets, wattles, and sediment barriers Support stormwater protection system installation Follow the direction from the crew leads and superintendents
Jobsite Support:
Prepare and set up job sites Stage materials, tools, and equipment Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Assist with project wrap-up and site cleanup
Tools & Equipment:
Use hand tools and small equipment safely Load and unload materials Maintain tools and equipment Safety Comes First (Non-Negotiable) Follow all OSHA and company safety standards Wear required PPE at all times Participate in daily safety meetings Report hazards immediately What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Team player with a willingness to learn Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Preferred (Not Required) Construction, landscaping, or erosion control experience OSHA 10 certification Valid driver's license Pay & Benefits Up to $20/hour based on experience Per Diem $ when working on out-of-state projects Overtime opportunities Health benefits Paid time off Clear advancement path (Crew Lead Equipment Operator Superintendent) Paid, on-the-job training
