Perform basic tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and installing temporary structures like fencing or barricades. Follow safety protocols diligently by wearing protective gear, adhering to safety guidelines, and reporting hazards immediately. Maintain cleanliness on-site by removing waste materials and ensuring pathways are clear to prevent accidents. Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites at the beginning and end of each workday. Experience No prior construction experience is required; however, enthusiasm for learning new skills is highly valued. Physical stamina and strength are essential to perform manual labor tasks throughout the workday. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
