Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part In this energetic role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, and organizing materials to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Help with the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring everything is stored securely and ready for use. Perform basic tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and installing temporary structures like fencing or barricades. Follow safety protocols diligently by wearing protective gear, adhering to safety guidelines, and reporting hazards immediately. Maintain cleanliness on-site by removing waste materials and ensuring pathways are clear to prevent accidents. Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites at the beginning and end of each workday. Experience No prior construction experience is required; however, enthusiasm for learning new skills is highly valued. Physical stamina and strength are essential to perform manual labor tasks throughout the workday. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Basic understanding of construction site safety practices is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Reliable attendance and punctuality are crucial for contributing to project timelines.
