Duties Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping to create durable foundations and structures Support rebar installation and metal stud framing to reinforce concrete and structural elements Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and lifting materials Perform demolition, renovation, restoration, and general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Install flooring, tile, stucco, trim carpentry, drywall, and other finishing touches for interior and exterior projects Support masonry work including bricklaying, stucco application, and concrete forming to build sturdy structures Skills Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools effectively Strong understanding of construction estimating principles for material needs and project timelines Proven ability in concrete finishing, plastering, roofing, caulking, and flooring installation Skilled in heavy lifting, heavy equipment operation, and commercial driving for transportation of materials Embark on a rewarding career where your physical skills meet your passion for building!
