CONSTRUCTION LABORER

$23-$25/hr + TONS

OF OVERTIME

| Looking for hard work, long hours, and big checks ? We're hiring Construction Laborers for industrial and data center projects . This is hands‑on work prepping and painting industrial pipe and supporting crews on active job sites. What You'll Be Doing Clean and prep industrial piping (wire brushing, surface prep) Prime and paint industrial pipe and components General construction labor: cleanup, material handling, basic concrete work Use hand and power tools daily Work safely from lifts and elevated areas Measure and mark materials accurately Assist with sandblasting and surface prep Follow all jobsite safety rules and procedures What We're Looking For 2+ years construction or industrial labor experience Comfortable using hand and power tools Painting or industrial coating experience preferred Able to work on lifts and at heights Can read a tape measure accurately Physically able to work long hours outdoors Strong safety awareness and reliable attendance Data center or industrial jobsite experience a plus Forklift or material‑handling experience a bonus Why This Job $23-$25/hr depending on experience Consistent work with TONS of overtime Large‑scale industrial & data center projects Learn valuable skills and work with experienced tradespeople Full‑time hours and steady paychecks Apply now — expect a call or text from Kason to get started. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
