Construction Laborer

Construction Laborer $20-25hr Job Summary The Construction Laborer supports the construction, installation, and maintenance of petroleum fueling infrastructure and EV charging stations. This role involves hands-on work such as excavation, concrete, piping, and equipment installation. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors while collaborating with a construction team to complete projects efficiently. Key Responsibilities Operate heavy construction equipment to excavate ditches and prepare job sites Assist with installation of underground and above-ground storage tanks (USTs and ASTs) Install gas dispensers, pumps, fuel monitoring systems, and product piping Support construction of EV charging station infrastructure Perform concrete removal, preparation, and re-pouring Complete framing, mixing, pipe fitting, and finishing tasks Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools (saws, shovels, rakes, etc.) Maintain a safe, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment Work outdoors in all weather conditions Travel to job sites as required Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications General labor and construction experience Proficiency with concrete work Experience using hand tools and power tools Experience in excavation, plumbing, carpentry, and/or heavy equipment operation Ability to frequently lift and move 75-100 lbs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
