Job Description Low Voltage Installer - Commercial & Industrial Projects Omaha, NE Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Low Voltage Installers for long-term opportunities in Omaha, NE. Earn $24-$26 per hour based on experience while building your career in the growing low-voltage and technology infrastructure industry. Low Voltage Installers at Next Level Technician work on a variety of commercial and industrial projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing plants, schools, and retail environments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and advance your skills in a high-demand field.
Responsibilities:
Install, support, and maintain low-voltage cabling systems Pull, route, and secure Cat5e, Cat6, fiber optic, and other low-voltage cabling Terminate and test copper and fiber cabling systems Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and project specifications Label, dress, and organize cables according to industry standards Assist with installing cable pathways including J-hooks, cable tray, conduit, and ladder rack Maintain a safe and organized work environment Follow all jobsite safety requirements and PPE guidelines
Requirements:
Previous experience in low-voltage cabling, telecommunications, structured cabling, or electrical construction preferred Experience pulling and terminating copper or fiber cabling Ability to work from ladders and lifts when required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in active construction environments Reliable transportation to and from the job site Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Work with Next Level Technician?
