Duties Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during installation processes. Read and interpret construction plans to execute precise tasks aligned with project specifications. Engage in heavy lifting and manual labor while adhering to safety protocols; assist with site cleanup and material organization. Operate commercial driving vehicles for transporting materials or equipment between sites when required. Conduct quality checks post-installation to ensure functionality, safety, and aesthetic standards are met Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal throughout the project lifecycle Skills Strong mechanical knowledge combined with practical experience in construction environments. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and effectively. Comfortable with being on ladders with heights up to 40'. Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on fireplace or related installations preferred Familiarity with construction management practices including scheduling and safety protocols Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site Valid driver's license is a must.
