Swimming Pool Construction Laborer

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Swimming Pool Construction Laborer and help install Beautiful, high-quality swimming pool projects. We build fiberglass and gunite swimming pools. As a vital part of our construction crew, you'll gain hands-on experience in all phases of pool construction while contributing to beautiful backyard transformations. Responsibilities Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation for pool construction and surrounding hardscape Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support construction activities Follow design drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of pool components Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience Prior experience in construction site work or related trades such as masonry, carpentry, or concrete finishing is highly preferred Pool construction experience preferred but will train the right individual Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating enhances your effectiveness on the job Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to pool installation is a strong plus Experience operating heavy equipment or power tools demonstrates your ability to handle diverse construction tasks Grading and Hardscape experience a huge plus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is essential Strong teamwork skills coupled with attention to detail will help you succeed in this energetic environment This is a fulltime position and offers an exciting opportunity for growth within the company, and overtime.
