Job Description

Part-Time Laborer — We Build NH Lincoln, NH | White Mountains & Lakes Region We Build NH is a family-owned design-build company doing custom renovation and construction work across the White Mountains and Lakes Region. We work on luxury homes, and that means every detail matters — from the quality of the craftsmanship to how our team shows up and represents us on site. What you'll be doing: We're looking for someone with real hands-on experience across a few different trades: Tile work Framing Flooring installation Cabinet installation You'll be working alongside our project managers and crew on active job sites, helping move projects forward and holding the line on the top-tier craftsmanship our clients expect. Because we work in high-end homes, you'll also need to be comfortable interacting with clients professionally when the job calls for it.
What we need from you:
Proven experience in tile, framing, floor install, and/or cabinet install work — with a strong eye for quality and precision Comfort and professionalism when working around or interacting with clients in their homes A valid driver's license and a clean driving record 2 professional references Reliability — showing up on time, ready to work, is non-negotiable A team player who communicates well and collaborates easily with the rest of the crew Able to reprioritize and pivot when the job site throws a curveball Ability to take direction and also think on your feet when something on site doesn't go according to plan
Pay:
$15-$25/hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Part-time, hours to be discussed based on project needs and your availability
