Drywall & Painting Contractor / Apprentice (Full-Time)

Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Drywall & Painting Contractor / Apprentice to join our team.
For Apprentices:
No professional experience required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. We offer comprehensive paid on-the-job training.
For Experienced Pros:
Hit the ground running on full-scope projects, lead job sites, and earn toward the top of our pay scale with room to step into supervisor or project management roles.
Key Responsibilities Drywall Work:
Hanging drywall, taping, mudding, sanding, and executing flawless drywall repairs and patches on remodels and new builds.
Painting:
Surface prep (sanding, caulking, masking), priming, and applying finish coats to walls, ceilings, and trim using sprayers, rollers, and brushes.
General Carpentry & Prep:
Installing minor interior trim (baseboards, door casings), light insulation installation, and site protection/clean-up. Work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Qualifications & Requirements Apprentice Level ($25/hr starting baseline): Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, basic hand tools, and a strong desire to learn the trade. Professional Level ($30-$40/hr depending on experience): 2+ years of hands-on experience in drywall finishing, interior/exterior painting, and basic trim carpentry. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders/scaffolding, and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Why Join Our Team?
