Job Duties Assist skilled tradespeople on commercial and residential construction sites Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment Dig, lift, carry, and move construction materials as needed Assist with demolition, framing, and general construction tasks Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Complete tasks as directed by supervisors and project managers Requirements Previous construction or labor experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Reliable transportation to job sites in the Portsmouth area Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety OSHA 10 certification is a plus (training available) Standard Benefits Full health insurance Weekly pay (on time, every time) Tool reimbursement Free OSHA and safety training Flex Time Quick response from real people (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) Work steadily.
