In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting construction operations by performing a variety of physical tasks that ensure smooth production processes. Your energetic approach and commitment to safety will help maintain a productive, efficient, and safe work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to high-quality manufacturing outcomes. Duties Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, ensuring all machinery functions correctly and efficiently Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, supplies, and finished products in accordance with safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and operational efficiency Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times to safeguard yourself and colleagues during tasks Support the inspection of materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols Follow safety procedures diligently, including adherence to safety standards in production environments, to prevent accidents or injuries Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a focus on safety and quality Skills Mechanical knowledge that enables troubleshooting basic equipment issues quickly and effectively Experience or familiarity with manufacturing processes and workflows Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including proper PPE use and hazard awareness Knowledge of GMP guidelines to ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality assurance practices Ability to perform heavy lifting safely, demonstrating physical strength and endurance Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new tasks and responsibilities Attention to detail combined with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment Join us as a dedicated General Laborer where your energy, strength, and attention to safety will help drive our manufacturing success.
