This role is an essential part of our business where you would be performing a variety of assembly, fabrication, and material handling tasks. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations on the manufacturing floor, supporting our commitment to excellence and efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials and finished products within the facility Assist with fabrication and assembly of components using hand tools and machining equipment Handle raw materials and finished goods efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organization in the warehouse Perform basic carpentry, millwork, and construction tasks as needed to support production processes Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to maintain quality standards Support manufacturing operations by setting up machinery, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing minor repairs Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy machinery, fabrication tools, and materials handling equipment Skills Proven experience with forklift operation a plus Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment effectively Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as assembly, fabrication, carpentry, and millwork Knowledge of materials handling techniques to optimize workflow and safety Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is a plus Basic understanding of construction or machining principles beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues Prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments preferred

4 x 10 (3 day weekends!) Mon- Thurs 6am- 4pm
