Job Overview Want to learn a trade? Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help bring building projects to life! In this vital role, you will support skilled tradespeople by performing a variety of physical tasks on construction sites. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to the successful completion of commercial and residential projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while being part of a team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete mixers safely and efficiently on-site Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving materials, debris removal, and site cleanup Help with framing, metal stud framing, carpentry, roofing, and trim carpentry tasks to support various phases of construction Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions You must have a valid drivers license and a reliable car. Also, you MUST be legal to work in the US. We will check. We work out of Flemington and Bridgewater, NJ. Our jobsites are mostly concentrated around those areas. Some are farther away, but you can always get a ride in one of our trucks. Spanish speaking is fine. We are bilingual.
