Job Description

Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing a range of physical tasks. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety on the job site. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed. Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and other temporary structures. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project efficiency. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
