As a Skilled Laborer with Marlin Construction Your experience in the following areas will drive your success in this role. Motivation to be a team player, and personal growth Safe operation of hand tools and small fuel powered equipment Prior experience in Earthwork, Underground Utilities, & Paving Following all safety procedures on the job site and reporting any hazards to management Listening to foreman, and ability to work with crew members We have outlined the skill-set necessary for a candidate's success in this role below. Preferred minimum of 2+ years of skilled labor experience in paving and underground utilities trades. Will teach those looking for long term career. Valid driver license Exceptional work ethic Adaptive and flexible to changing work type or switching crews Must be competent and knowledgeable pertaining to OSHA excavation requirements Must be able to travel between site locations Salary & Compensation for your efforts.
