In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating structures, working alongside skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving supplies, tools, and materials around the site Support skilled tradespeople with tasks like rebar installation, framing, drywalling, and concrete finishing Operate power tools and hand tools safely to complete assigned tasks efficiently Aid in the installation of hardscape features, flooring, tile laying, and masonry work as needed Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to follow project specifications accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with various hand tools and power tools Experience with construction estimating processes and blueprint reading Knowledge of rebar installation, concrete forming, pouring, pumping, and finishing techniques Skilled in masonry, stucco application, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, roofing, and restoration work Ability to operate heavy equipment and perform heavy lifting safely Understanding of schematics and technical drawings for precise execution of tasks Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for site transportation needs Join our team if you're ready to build your career in construction!
