Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and renovation jobs. Your hands-on expertise will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your technical skills and physical strength to bring building visions to life. Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and concrete pumps safely and effectively during various phases of construction Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as rebar installation, demolition, concrete pouring, cutting, finishing, and formwork construction Execute masonry work, tile laying, flooring installation, stucco application, and trim carpentry as needed for project completion (included, not limited to) Follow all construction workplace safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe environment for yourself and team members Conduct site clean-up, material handling, and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment throughout the project lifecycle Handling of company van and tools, including maintaining order and neatness Qualifications Proven experience working on construction projects with a solid understanding of construction site safety regulations Mechanical knowledge related to construction tools, equipment operation, and basic maintenance Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete cutting equipment, and other relevant machinery Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions Familiarity with renovation processes such as restoration work or framing carpentry, tiling is a plus Join us in building quality structures while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment that values safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
