Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including but not limited to: backhoes, mini-excavators, trenchers, plows, loaders, line and bucket trucks, compaction equipment, and skid-steers.
• Support field crews with general construction labor tasks.
• Willing to travel to remote projects throughout the United States.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment / working.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively, meeting project deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations on the job site
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and requirements.

Skills:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment operation.
• Proficiency in operating heavy machinery such backhoes, mini-excavators, trenchers, plows, loaders, line and bucket trucks, compaction equipment, and skid-steers.
• Basic knowledge of construction activities and the ability to perform physical labor throughout the week.
• Ability to dig, build, and maneuver equipment to complete various tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate:
