This position is ideal for individuals who prioritize safety, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in an outdoor environment. The Yard Associate plays a key role in maintaining organized inventory, assisting with shipping and receiving, and ensuring materials and equipment are ready for project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, organize, pull, and stage materials for job sites and warehouse operations Load and unload company vehicles and delivery trucks safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and warehouse environment Operate forklifts and other equipment in accordance with company safety standards Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use and safe lifting practices Assist with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and other assigned duties

Qualifications:

Basic computer and internet skills Forklift experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

$18.00 per hour (DOE)
