Position Summary C&J; Equipment Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer / Cleaning Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout our manufacturing facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain production areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Remove trash and debris from work areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and perform housekeeping duties.
• Clean equipment, tools, and workstations.
• Organize inventory, materials, and shop areas.
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Perform other assigned duties. Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous industrial, janitorial, or labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
