This role involves the safe installation or welding of sheet metal decking on steel framing and performing shear stud installation. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lay and attach metal decking on steel structures Operate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools safely and effectively Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition Accurately report time and attendance daily Comply with OSHA, customer, and company safety standards Perform additional duties as assigned Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus): OSHA 10-
Hour Construction Safety Certification Welding Certification Aerial Lift Certification Work Schedule:
Full-time, non-exempt position, working daytime shift only Work hours based on job site requirements. We have sites in NM, TX, VA, AZ, SC, MD and more If you are a dedicated professional with experience in sheet metal deck installation and ironwork, we encourage you to apply and join our team! Requirements 100% nationwide travel required Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and work at heights over 40 feet Experience working with hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus You should be proficient in: Driver's License Industrial Construction OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) Construction Site Installation Warehouse Experience Material Handler Experience
