Position Summary APIC Solutions is seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our Electrical Construction team for Project Miner Buildings A & C. In this role, you will provide essential support to our electrical construction crews by performing spotting and labor support on overhead work with man lifts. You will play a critical role in ensuring project safety, efficiency, and success while learning valuable construction skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform spotting for overhead work on man lifts to ensure worker safety and project compliance
  • Assist electrical crews with material handling, preparation, and staging
  • Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by removing debris and hazards
  • Clean and prepare construction sites according to project requirements
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order
  • Follow all safety protocols, company standards, and site-specific regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned Additional Information

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to climb heights and work at elevation
  • Strong communication and ability to follow directions
  • Willingness to learn and commitment to safety Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous construction or electrical experience
  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • Experience working with man lifts or similar equipment
