Job Overview Join our team as a Construction and Landscaping Laborer, where your energy and hands-on skills will contribute to transforming outdoor spaces and supporting construction projects. In this role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping, horticultural, and construction tasks that require physical effort, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and general construction work while working iniside and outdoors. Duties Assist with construction projects, mainly demolition and some miscellaneous basic construction tasks. Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and maintaining lawns through mowing, edging, and trimming. Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools to perform landscaping and construction tasks efficiently. Help with hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other masonry features. Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Experience Prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, or landscaping equipment. Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with equipment such as excavators or irrigation systems is a plus. Experience in construction environments or outdoor labor roles demonstrates your ability to adapt quickly to various tasks. Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently while operating machinery or handling materials is essential. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to gardening, tree care, or hardscape installation is highly valued.
