You won't just be moving fans; you will be performing "controlled demolition," removing damaged structures, and preparing sites for rebuild. If you have experience with drywall, framing, or general labor.

Key Responsibilities Controlled Demolition:

Use reciprocating saws, pry bars, and hammers to remove water-damaged drywall, baseboards, and flooring without damaging the underlying structure.

Drywall & Structural Prep:

Identify "wet" vs. "dry" boundaries and perform clean cuts to prepare walls for future repair.

Equipment Setup:

Assist with setup and monitor industrial air movers, LGR dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers. Assist with setup of dust barriers and containment.

Debris Removal:

Efficiently bag and remove construction waste and hazardous materials from the job site.

On-Call Response:

Participate in our 24/7 emergency rotation to respond to water and mold damage. ($100 bonus per call & $150 bonus per call for emergency call up)

Required Skills & Experience Construction/Demo:

1+ years of experience in drywall, framing, demolition, or general residential construction.

Tool Proficiency:

Must be comfortable and safe with power tools (saws, drills) and hand tools and basic construction.

Physical Strength:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments (tight spaces, high heat).

PPE/Respiratory Health:

Must be able to pass a fit test and wear a respirator for long durations during demo and mold remediation.

Reliability:

Must be reliable
