Job Overview Buzyniski Electric, Inc. is a family-owned electrical contracting company specializing in Generac standby generator installations, maintenance, service, and residential electrical work. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking laborer to join our growing team. This position will primarily involve assisting our electricians with generator installations and various electrical projects. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work, works well with others, takes initiative, and is willing to learn. Previous electrical experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person! Job Responsibilities Assist electricians with residential and commercial generator installations. Help with digging, trenching, running conduit, pulling wire, and preparing installation sites. Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials. Assist with various residential and commercial electrical projects. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Follow instructions and work efficiently alongside experienced electricians. Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers. Perform general labor and other duties as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Reliable and punctual — must consistently show up on time and ready to work. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to work well as part of a team. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Friendly, professional attitude and excellent customer service skills. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to follow directions, take initiative, and work safely. Flexibility with scheduling as job demands require. Experience in construction, landscaping, electrical work, excavation, or other hands-on trades is a plus, but not necessary.
