What You'll Do:

Assist with construction tasks (framing, drywall, millwork, finish work) Move materials and maintain a clean job site Use hand & power tools safely Support carpenters and trades on active projects

What You Need:

1+ year of construction or carpentry experience OSHA 10 Certification Reliable transportation Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments
