Responsibilities Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials and equipment Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to support various construction tasks Perform concrete mixing, pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to create sturdy foundations and structures Install rebar, metal studs, drywall, framing, and perform masonry work to ensure structural integrity Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans Support heavy lifting activities and handle materials for roofing, flooring installation, stucco application, plastering, and restoration projects Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on-site Requirements Proven experience working on construction projects with knowledge of concrete forming, concrete pumping, and concrete finishing techniques Mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity in construction estimating is a plus Ability to interpret blueprint specifications and schematics accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete mixers Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights (roofing), or in confined spaces (masonry or drywall) Valid experience in carpentry, framing (including metal stud framing), masonry, or renovation work is highly desirable Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions from supervisors or technical drawings Embark on a rewarding career where your skills build communities!
