CWS (Comfort Workforce Solutions) is hiring dependable Construction Laborers with a current OSHA 10 certification for projects in the Rochester area. Job Duties Assist skilled tradespeople on active construction sites Load, unload, and move construction materials Perform site cleanup and debris removal Assist with demolition and general construction work Operate basic hand and power tools Set up and break down work areas Move lumber, equipment, and building materials Follow directions from foremen and supervisors Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Follow all OSHA and company safety requirements Requirements OSHA 10 certification required Construction or general labor experience preferred Reliable transportation required Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Dependable and able to report to work on time
