Responsibilities Assist with the setup and dismantling of construction sites, including site preparation and cleanup. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing. Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support project execution. Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete pumping, and concrete finishing to ensure durable and high-quality structures. Support carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, stucco application, and roofing. Conduct masonry work such as bricklaying or stone setting as needed for various projects. Follow all construction workplace safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe environment for everyone on site. Requirements Prior experience working on construction projects or in related trades such as carpentry or masonry is preferred. Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous. Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete mixers. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and the ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces when necessary. Strong work ethic with excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail.
