Position Summary :

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with experience in painting, carpentry, or both. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable working independently or as part of a crew. Training available for the right candidates!

Responsibilities:

Painting:

Surface preparation (sanding, patching, taping, priming) Interior and exterior painting (brush, roll, and spray techniques) Clean and maintain tools and work areas

Carpentry:

Framing, trim installation, baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting Cabinet installation and custom built-ins Reading measurements and blueprints accurately

General:

Maintain a clean and safe job site Communicate clearly with clients and team members Arrive on time and maintain professional conduct

Qualifications:

Experience in residential/commercial painting or carpentry preferred (but not required) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Basic hand tools a plus (not required) Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Willingness to learn and take direction Why Work With Us?
