Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vinyl Siding Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality vinyl siding on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring durability, aesthetic appeal, and compliance with safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop specialized skills in siding installation, and contribute to transforming properties with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will help enhance the exterior appearance and protection of our clients' buildings while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install vinyl siding according to project specifications and technical drawings Interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine proper installation procedures Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scaffolding safely to complete siding projects efficiently Ensure all work complies with construction safety regulations, including the use of safety harnesses and proper ladder use Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, or repairing existing structures such as masonry or metal framing before siding installation Perform related tasks such as caulking, stucco application, or minor roofing repairs when required for seamless exterior finishes Adhere strictly to safety protocols during outdoor work, heavy lifting, and working at heights on ladders or scaffolds Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on siding installation or related trades such as roofing or remodeling Knowledge of construction safety harnesses, ladder use, and workplace safety regulations Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment necessary for siding installation Experience with roofing repair, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, or masonry is a plus Strong outdoor work experience with the ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently Demonstrated understanding of construction site experience including concrete forming and restoration work Handyman experience or familiarity with metal stud framing, tile laying, caulking, or stucco is advantageous Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Join our team if you're eager to build your career in construction while making a tangible difference in property aesthetics!
