Duties Assist mechanics and carpenters on job sites Demo, clean upend material handling Help with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials based on blueprints and schematics Carry out basic tasks such as mixing concrete, installing drywall, or applying caulking and plastering Aid in the installation of doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, tiles, and other fixtures Support site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications Requirements Reliable and on time ( non negotiable) strong work ethic Prior experience or familiarity with construction sites or related environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment operation Strong physical stamina to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks throughout the day Knowledge of construction safety protocols and OSHA standards is a plus Experience with specific skills such as roofing, masonry, welding, framing carpentry, or tile laying is advantageous Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role Drivers license required Willingness to travel too job sites out of state occasionally This position is designed for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills across diverse construction disciplines.
