Job Description

For more than 35 years, Housing Visions has been revitalizing neighborhoods through real estate development and community collaboration. As one of the largest nonprofit development, construction, and property management organizations in New York, we manage more than 2,000 residential units across the state. Location would be at our Newark construction site located at 130-132 Harrison St. This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday
  • Friday 7:00 am
  • 3:30pm. Pay Range is $20

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and wants to contribute to meaningful community development projects. Upon completion of construction projects, this position may transition into a Maintenance Technician role within our Property Management team.
