Job Summary Join the construction crew as a Construction Laborer and help move projects forward from site preparation through finishing work. You'll use hand and power tools, follow construction plans and schematics, and support tasks across , carpentry, masonry, renovation, and restoration work. This role involves heavy lifting and working outdoors in changing site conditions. Duties Prepare work areas and materials; build formwork, install rebar, and assist with concrete mixing, pouring, pumping, cutting, and finishing. Support carpentry and framing, including trim carpentry and metal stud framing, as well as drywall, roofing, flooring installation, plastering, stucco, caulking, and masonry tasks. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment as authorized; maintain an orderly work area. Follow construction workplace safety regulations and site protocols, including safe lifting and equipment practices.

Experience Construction experience or construction site experience is preferred, including work on construction projects. Experience in carpentry, renovation, restoration, or related trades is helpful; willingness to perform physical tasks and follow safety protocols is essential.
