Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper/Laborer to join our high-end residential construction team. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily operations, including transporting materials, assisting skilled trades, and keeping projects running smoothly. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn within a professional construction environment. Responsibilities Safely operate and drive company truck to deliver and pick up tools, equipment, and materials. Perform material runs to suppliers, job sites, and storage facilities as needed. Assist carpenters, project managers, and other crew members with general labor tasks. Load, unload, and move building materials and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and storage areas. Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times. Perform additional duties and manual labor as assigned to support the project team Requirements Previous experience in construction or a related field Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment Willingness to learn new skills and techniques on the job. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to completing tasks efficiently.
