Job Description

Job Summary Join our team, where you will be responsible for preparing and painting interior surfaces across residential and commercial projects. This role focuses on delivering clean, consistent, and high-quality finishes while upholding our core values. The candidate must also be resourceful , adapting to challenges and finding effective solutions to ensure every job is done right. Duties Prepare interior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming walls and ceilings Apply paint using brushes and rollers to achieve smooth, even finishes Repair minor surface imperfections such as holes, dents, and cracks before painting Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, plastic, and tape to maintain a clean workspace Maintain tools and ensure proper storage and cleanup after each job Work alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule Follow all safety guidelines when using ladders and working in occupied spaces Qualifications Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial settings Strong knowledge of surface preparation and interior painting techniques Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all work Shows empathy, respect, and care when working in client environments Ability to work efficiently and respond quickly to project needs Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic work environments Attention to detail with a focus on clean lines and consistent finishes Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Good physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods Basic knowledge of drywall repair and remodeling environments is a plus Strong understanding of workplace safety practices Customized Pre-Screening Requirements Valid Driver's License Minimum of 3 years of painting experience Minimum of 2 years of remodeling experience Join a team that values reliability, precision, and quality workmanship. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
